To honor our 45th anniversary, we are pulling exceptional bottles from our cellar for a curated vertical tasting. Our Hospitality Manager, Brice Kraker (CS, WSET3), will lead us through a selection of Cabernets, showcasing a standout vintage from each decade of Adelaida's history. This is a rare opportunity to explore the evolution of our estate—from the early expressions of our terroir to the modern, refined profile of our current release cabernets.
Following the tasting, enjoy a lunch prepared by Pacific Harvest Catering.
