We have decided to bring back our popular Smoked fish platter that we have on offer during the holidays. This is meant to feed 4 people as an appetizer for a dinner party or event. The platter includes 1 pack of our smoked trout dip, 1 pack of our Georgian bay whitefish gravlax, and 1 pack of our Montreal steak spice hot smoked Lake Huron lake trout. Also included in the package is an assortment of house made “tsukemono” or Japanese style pickles, crostini, and other seasonings to go along with the beautiful smoked fish.
**These packages are available to pick up any time from 1-6 pm on the day that you book for.**
