This January, Beaver Creek Resort will host The Alpine Table at Allie's Cabin in partnership with James Beard Award Winning Chef, Matt Vawter from Rootstalk Breckenridge. This event offers an unforgettable dining experience that begins with a ride up the mountain as a snow cat pulls you in a sleigh under the night sky. Upon arrival, enjoy a happy hour with LALO Tequila featuring an ice bar, signature cocktails and passed appetizers around cozy fireplaces before being seated for a multi-course menu featuring innovative and expressive dishes from both Chefs. Pre-selected beverage pairings are included with each course, carefully curated for you by our resident sommelier. Join us for an evening of elevated alpine dining on the mountain.
The Alpine Table will feature family-style seating, meaning guests are seated together to enjoy each course in a communal atmosphere. If there are specific guests you'd like to be seated near, please let us know in the pre-visit questionnaire!
