This highly-anticipated lunch offers a first look at our 2022 Blanc de Noir pre-release, paired with a seasonal three-course menu by Executive Chef Denali Whaley. Rooted in Italian cuisine and inspired by the Pacific Northwest, each course highlights estate-grown and local ingredients, creating a deeply personal tasting experience.
Sparkling wine pairings will be curated by Alloro’s winemaking team, offering a guided exploration of Method Oregon, (Metodo Classico) wines grown and produced on our Laurelwood District estate.
Held during Method Oregon weekend alongside the Grand Tasting, this experience offers an intimate and more personal way to engage with Oregon sparkling wine. It is ideal for guests seeking an intentional, culinary-driven wine tasting experience in the Willamette Valley.
