Together with Chef Jeff Kelly and the culinary team, we've created a menu that showcases the beauty of cooking with ingredients harvested at their seasonal best.

What to Expect
Your evening begins with a relaxed 30-minute welcome reception, where you'll be greeted with a complimentary splash of bubbles. Settle in, mingle with fellow guests, or enjoy one of our seasonal cocktails or spirit-free creations before dinner begins.
As the evening unfolds, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu inspired by the abundance of late summer. Each course highlights the exceptional produce from Rain Shadow Organics, allowing the ingredients to take center stage while celebrating the connection between local farms and our kitchen.
Throughout dinner, Chef Jeff Kelly will visit each table to share the inspiration behind the menu, discuss the partnership with Rain Shadow Organics, and explore how the season's harvest shaped each course. Courses will be served in unison, creating a shared dining experience that brings the room together around the table.
