Celebrate the season with a soulful, multi-course feast inspired by Executive Chef Jami Flatt’s Hungarian family recipes. Created to be shared, this holiday meal is designed to feed four guests and offers a warm, comforting, and elevated dining experience.
Your evening begins with a generous pickle board featuring house-pickled vegetables, cured meats, artisan cheeses, warm flatbreads, and dill crème fraîche (with an optional caviar upgrade), followed by a bright winter citrus & chicory salad. The centerpiece is a slow-roasted whole chicken with smoked paprika–tarragon glaze, served family-style with caramelized leeks, mushrooms, brown-butter sage spaetzle, and braised winter cabbage. A warm apricot-filled pastry dusted with powdered sugar finishes the feast on a nostalgic holiday note.
