Carman Ranch cattle are raised in Oregon's Wallowa Valley, where they graze diverse native grasses, and are tended with ranching practices that prioritize time, care and respect for place. Ambar Estate is the first Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard in Oregon's Willamette Valley, prioritizing soil health, biodiversity, and our workers.
