Join Us For A Collaboration Between Two Rivers Fish Company and our Anacréon culinary team.
At the heart of this dinner is a story much bigger than food. It’s a story about culture, legacy, and the people who have protected one of the Pacific Northwest’s most sacred resources for generations: the Native American tribes of the Columbia River.
For thousands of years, these communities have lived in relationship with the river, harvesting king salmon not just as a source of nourishment, but as a way of life. Their fishing practices — from ancient methods to the adaptations they’ve made over time — reflect resilience, ingenuity, and deep respect for the land and water that sustain them. This event is our way of honoring that legacy.
What Makes This Dinner Special
We are honored to have four local chefs cooking for this unique dinner. Each chef in this collaboration will work with the same king salmon — but through their own lens, their own culture, and their own technique.
You’ll taste:
French influence
Mexican influence
Japanese influence
And the Pacific Northwest roots that tie it all together
This fish will speak for itself in every dish, but each chef will interpret it differently. That contrast — that celebration of diversity through a single ingredient — is what makes this dinner so special.
