Build your own halloween themed charcuterie board lead by professional cheese monger, Marisa Liscano. Marisa is a Fullerton local who has worked in the cheese industry since her early 20's. Her years of experience translate to in depth education, understanding and appreciation of all things cheese & charcuterie.
Working with premium cheeses and autumn themed accoutrements, this event will let you interactively explore the history, nuance and artistry of cheese and its board placement. Our goal is to teach you to make an ingredient forward, professional, fun yet professional charcuterie board.
