Join us for the inaugural launch of Aperture’s Collage Experience, introduced through a one-day collaboration with the 3-MICHELIN Star SingleThread restaurant.
On Saturday, September 27, communal gatherings will be hosted at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm, and 4:00 pm for the Collage Experience—a guided flight paired with thoughtful seasonal creations from the SingleThread team, offered for this day only.
In addition to a new wine experience that highlights terroir-specific gems from the Aperture library alongside the newest Collage releases, guests will enjoy a bento box meal inspired by the season from SingleThread Farm. Each hand-carved box blends SingleThread's Japanese influence with what’s growing on their farm at this moment in time.
Collage is a bold new wine project and the next chapter in Aperture’s evolution – where creative expression, collaboration, and a passion for the exceptional converge. Drawing from over 200 acres across 5 distinct appellations, Collage brings together only the finest vineyard lots into two extraordinary wines celebrating the diversity of Sonoma County’s unique regions.
Beginning Thursday, October 2, the ongoing Collage Experience will be available by appointment, featuring a curated flight of Aperture’s newest collection alongside a rotating roster of exceptional local purveyors and creatives who share their craft to enrich the tasting journey.
