Our Spirits Edu Courses offer an in depth look at the history and use each spirit. We will explore the origins of the spirit and how it is commonly used while we taste along and learn about its uses in cocktails.
For our Agave Spirits Course, we will taste through a selection of additive free agave spirits and discuss the history and present of Tequila, Mezcal & more, ending with a cocktail to toast to the people who produce the spirits!
