Welcome to ATLAS Away, an exciting culinary adventure that recreates the Atlas experience in unexpected locations both near and far. Join us on Saturday, November 19 from 3pm – 7pm for the first ATLAS Away as Culinary Director Freddy Money and Michelin Star Chef Nicolai Tram from Knystaforsen in Sweden take us on culinary adventure in the woods.
Specializing in live fire cooking and working with the tools the surrounding landscape has to offer, Chef Nicolai transforms local ingredients and holistically-sourced product into beautiful dishes that showcase Nordic cuisine.
For our first ATLAS Away, the chefs, who worked together at some of the best restaurants in the world, will offer a seasonally-inspired menu as guests enjoy the wooded backdrop of CERES, a soon-to-launch culinary-centric community in Chattahoochee Hills.
This outdoor event will feature 6 dining tents, each accommodating up to 10 guests, that will encircle an outdoor kitchen to best experience the chefs in action. Kick-off the holiday season by filling a tent with your favorite food lovers, friends, family and clients.
