Have you ever spent longer in a liquor store than anticipated because you're having a hard time picking the right bottle of wine? I know I have and I think we've all been there: Pacing up and down an aisle, contemplative expression displaying just how beguiling choosing a wine can be. "How many times have I passed by this bottle?" echoing in our mind. There are so many different terms on the front of the wine bottle, how do I know what I'm getting myself into? It's an important decision! You deserve to have all the information to make the right decision.
Join us via Zoom as we decipher exactly what certain unfamiliar terms on a wine label mean and what to expect from the juice inside these bottles. We'll be tasting 6 wines from around the world, whose bottle contents may not be so self evident.

Everyone purchasing a ticket to the class will receive an email the day before that will include: maps & information about the wines as well as food options to pair with the wines, if you do so choose. It will also include a link to the zoom meeting the following day.
The wines are separated into “kits” which include 3oz. vials of each wine in the lineup. The kits are made the day of class to ensure freshness. Pickup the wines the day of the tasting at Avvino between 11am to 4pm. Feel free to call(270-5229) when you arrive to have the kit brought out to you if you feel uncomfortable coming inside.
