Join us at Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant on Wednesday, May 15 for an evening of wine and timeless traditions, showcasing Gil Family Estates. With over a century of dedication to winemaking, Gil Family Estates takes pride in its rich heritage and unwavering commitment to growing old-vine vineyards of indigenous varietals.
Founded in 1916 by Bodegas Juan Gil, Gil Family Estates owns, and controls ten wineries scattered across ten different D.O.s Protected Designation in Spain. Today, the wineries are currently run by brothers Miguel and Ángel Gil who continue the family history and tradition of producing distinctive terroir-driven wines, that reflect the unique soil types and climates of their respective regions.
Chris Wolf, Certified Sommelier at Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant, and special guest Don Sritong, Regional Sales Director for Gil Family Estates, will host the evening and guide you through the five wine pairings that will accompany the six-course menu created by Chef de Cuisine Brent Davis.
