This summer, we’re bringing back one of our most beloved dining experiences — The Postcard Series — with a new chapter we’re calling Nights with the Chef’s Wife.
These intimate evenings invite you to experience Maine’s coast through the people who know it best. Corrinna will be dusting off the chef coat to create a coursed meal that celebrates the land, the sea, and the community that connects them.
We’ll begin the evening the Maine way: oysters on the beach, freshly harvested and served with a glass of bubbles as the tide moves in.
From there, guests will gather at the table for a four-course dinner prepared by Corrinna, inspired by the flavors of the season and the surrounding landscape. The meal will culminate, of course, with fresh Maine lobster, followed by a sweet treat to close the evening.
These dinners are intentionally small — just 20 seats at the table — creating a relaxed, communal experience where food, conversation, and setting come together in a way that feels truly special.
Your ticket includes:
• Oysters on the beach with a glass of bubbles
• Four-course dinner (menus will be released two weeks before the event date)
• Two glasses of wine with dinner
A limited cash bar will also be available throughout the evening.
