Ballerina Farm is delighted to welcome British designer and author Patrick Williams and his Multi-talented wife, Neri, on March 31st for a special pastry case takeover celebrating the North American launch of his new book, The House Rules. The House Rules traces the evolution of Patrick’s celebrated design studio, Berdoulat, and offers a stunning look at his work restoring and reimagining historic homes—blending artisan craftsmanship, heritage aesthetics, and modern sustainability to create timeless interiors.
For one day only, Patrick and Neri have collaborated with our culinary team to re-imagine three spring-inspired varieties of freshly baked madeleines—featuring flavors such as blood orange, pistachio, and cardamom—along with a savory offering of traditional Turkish simit bread, served alongside our Ballerina Farm feta and raw honey. Their thoughtful approach to heritage and craft extends beautifully from interiors to the table, and we’re excited to share these creations with you.
The House Rules will be available for purchase, and Patrick will be in the Farm Store signing copies throughout the morning.
This event is free and open to the public—no ticket required. We hope you’ll join us for a lovely morning of pastries, books, and conversation in Midway.
