From Root to Relevé—A Farm to Table Dinner Experience with Ballet West
On July 15th, we’re welcoming guests to the Farm for a spectacular Farm to Table dining experience in partnership with Ballet West (Program 1 of the Ballet West Summit Festival). Set against the beauty of the our summer fields and the Kamas mountain valley, the evening will feature a thoughtfully prepared, open-fire meal highlighting seasonal produce, farm-raised meats, and fresh cheeses from our dairy and creamery.
As you dine, enjoy live ballet performances—featuring an intimate preview of Ballet West’s Summit Festival happening later that week featuring Ballet West Principal Artists Jenna Herrera, David Huffmire, Katyln Addison, and Adrian Fry as well as four world premieres by acclaimed choreographers Phil Chan, Ingrid Silva, Garrett Smith and Rex Tilton.
The night will begin with a tour of our operational dairy, followed by dinner during the warmth of golden hour. It’s a celebration of food, art, and the magic of summer at the farm. Since the event will be held outdoors on a working farm, we recommend you dress practically for the occasion. The farm lands are hostile to heels so boots are recommended. Please also bring a light jacket for the later evening hours. We can't wait to share this special night with you!
