We are back with your favorite collaboration: Hunt & Fish Supper Club with Balsall Creek wines!
Join us in wine country for a delicious culinary experience curated by chef Gary Marmanillo, paired expertly, course by course, with Balsall Creek wines. Guests will gather at the Estate House for mingling and hors d'oeuvres before being ushered onto the patio atop Balsall Creek's vineyard to enjoy a multi course, family style dinner.
Gary will speak to the flavors and history of each of his dishes, and Monte Mast will describe the decision by each selected wine pairing to match and enhance the foods.
Doors open at 4PM, seated dinner service will begin promptly at 4:45PM.
We expect to be outdoors, so please dress accordingly, but have a contingency plan for rainy weather.
Members: $135 | Non-Members: $150
plus a 20% gratuity
