Bao Bei
Bao Bei is a cozy and lively restaurant in Vancouver’s Chinatown that cultivates casual intimate dining experiences with a small plate menu that is meant to be shared amongst a group of friends or family. Our dishes are rooted in Chinese tradition but we integrate local seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques to create unique flavours that cross the globe in flavour. Dumplings are handmade and farm ingredients are delivered to our door everyday that inspire our daily fresh sheet.
