Out of all the ways incredible wines make it onto our list, this wine has arrived in the rarest way possible: we worked with a winemaker to create it.
Emily, our Beverage Director, wanted a different style of Rioja on our by-the-glass list. Something bright, fresh, approachable. When she couldn’t find exactly what she had in mind, she partnered with Vintae and Winetones to make it.
From ideation and wine blending to naming, bottle design, Rioja DO review, packaging, and transatlantic shipping—it’s finally here.
But before we add it to our menu, we’re throwing a bottle bash to share it with you. A preview party. First dibs.
Every ticket includes a pour of DeLibro, and Chef Jesus Torres will prepare special tapas inspired by Rioja in honor of the collaboration.
