For the second Event I'm teaming up with my mom and dad, to cook you some Persian spring food, a bit after Iranian new year's celebrations.
The menu will include:
- Charcoal grilled flatbread
- Salad of roasted squash with first of the season greens, saffron and pumpkin seed dressing
- herbed rice
- Grilled fish
- pickles and other side dishes
- persian lime tart
The food will be served family style. Cause let's get honest, family is the best! Wine, beer and Kombucha available by the glass/bottle.
Partial proceeds from the event will be donated to charities supporting families in war-torn countries.
