Dive into the wonderful world of farmhouse cider and craft cocktails. Owner and cidermaker Cedar Hannon of Wildbranch Cider joins us to release our second collaboration of Orchard Cat, a cider aged in Tom Cat barrels. He’ll discuss his approach to cider-making and the different heirloom apples he uses from around his farm and cidery in the Northeast Kingdom. Next, Barr Hill bartenders will take you on a tour of using cider in cocktails to craft unique and delicious drinks that are perfect for the harvest season.
Each guest will enjoy a taste of Orchard Cat cider and make and enjoy two cider cocktails, along with complimentary bar snacks.
