Our 2nd annual Fermentation Fest is returning - October 19th!
Fermentation is one of humanity’s oldest food preservation techniques, used for thousands of years to preserve perishable crops, enhance flavors and create beverages. Its rich history is deeply intertwined with human civilization.
We're excited to gather local artisans offering samples and sales of fun, funky, fermented food and beverages along with 🎶live music🎶 and special pop-ups from Pearl Street Pizza and Chef Nadav 🍕🥙

Plus we'll have complimentary mini-tours at 12:30pm, 1:30pm and 2:30pm to learn more about fermentation's role in distilling.
Our bar will be open for service during the event - tickets are needed for the sampling and free tours ($8 + tax in advance, $10 + tax at the door). Please make a reservation for the bar if you'd like to stay for a cocktail after enjoying the festival sampling!
