Plus, we'll have a Vermont sugarmaker joining us with samples of different maple syrups. Ask any questions you've had about sugaring, and enjoy the sweetest time of the year with us.

Second Course + Cocktail: juniper-braised pork tenderloin with sweet potato puree and roasted apple, paired with a Smoked Maple Caramel Tom Cat Old Fashioned
