Join us on September 18th at 6pm for a unique and delicious tasting experience celebrating the cheeses of Vermont and VT Cheese Week!
Enjoy four pairings of grilled cheese sandwiches with Barr Hill cocktails (equivalent to two full cocktails). We'll be featuring cheese from various Vermont cheesemakers as well as highlighting seasonal flavors and local produce.

- Pawlet Cheese with tomato, pepper jelly and bacon
- Whitney Cheese with caramelized squash, cornichon, chive and hot sauce
- Goat Cheese with smoked salmon, cherry relish and crispy leek
- Mascarpone Cheese with Nutella, whipped honey, pear and Tom Cat mostarda
