Begin the evening with a welcome glass of Toso Brut from Mendoza, Argentina, alongside a savory opening bite of Boerewors on Warm Pita. From there, enjoy fragrant Herbed Rice & Chakalaka paired with The Ned Pinot Rosé from Marlborough, New Zealand, followed by a bright Calamari Citrus Salad accompanied by Simonsig Chenin Blanc from Stellenbosch, South Africa. The evening concludes with Roasted South African Blue Quail, perfectly matched with Doña Paula Altitude Series 1350 Cabernet Franc from Gualtallary, Mendoza, Argentina.
