Beast & Cleaver is a butcher shop and restaurant in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood focused on whole animal, artisanal butchery using local, sustainable, organic meat. Our 5-course set menu operates Friday evenings as The Peasant with one seating at 7:00pm. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evenings starting at 5:00pm you can enjoy our à la carte steakhouse/wine bar experience, Le Beastro. Mid-week events vary from butchery classes to special dinners.
