Say Cheese! We are starting off 2021 with some of the most beloved cheeses and cheese styles. Our January cheese series features cheeses that are described with some of the most popular cheese words from our customers.
To start the year, we are featuring cheeses that are described as "sharp". This will feature more than just cheddars, we will also show cheeses that we think you'll like if you find yourself saying this word at the counter.
Participants will receive a cheeseboard featuring the cheeses (at least 4) discussed in the class, as well as olives, cornichons, and a seasonal jam. Classes are hosted virtually. Webinar links and information will be sent out a few days prior to the class. Pickups occur the day before and day of class during regular business hours. Finally, classes are recorded for those that are not able to attend live.
