Aussie Natural Wine and Cheese Pairing featuring Legend! Wine Importers
Australian wine is so much more than what you think it is! Join us as we host Master Sommelier Jonathon Ross as they guide us through a tasting and pairing experience featuring a few amazing Aussie wines that they discovered after moving down under and now import to us up here.
We will be tasting a couple of classic Australian varietals, as well as a few grape varieties you had no idea they grew in OZ. Spoiler alert: Their Nebbiolo is one of my favorite wines of 2021. We will also be pairing up some really great cheeses from some of our favorite producers. This class will feature four wines and four cheeses that you won't soon forget.

For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. You may select your preference after booking your tickets. Virtual tickets have a $5 surcharge to cover the cost of small tasting bottles which you may keep after the class.
For the safety of all class participants, we now require all in-person participants to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or have a negative test no more than 24 hours prior. Please bring a vaccination card or photo of your card to the class with you.
If new Covid restrictions go in place, we reserve the right to cancel the class or move entirely online. All participants will be offered a full refund if they choose to cancel in that circumstance. All participants in this class must be 21+ with a valid ID.
All participants will get a reminder email two days prior to the class with pickup information, an online class link, and in-person arrival instructions.
