While we fear no cheese, Beautiful Rind knows the deep dark secrets behind some of your favorite cheeses. Join us as we tell you the tales that other shops don't want you to know. This is a cheese class for the brave and the hungry. Four horrifyingly delicious cheeses and the blood of grapes* will be consumed.... if they don't consume you first.
This class is being offered in-person and virtually.... should you wish to hide in your manor house. You may select your preference after booking your tickets. Each ticket will receive a tasting kit of at least four different cheeses and a variety of accompaniments. Alcohol and charcuterie pairings are available for purchase at check out.
For the safety of all class participants, we now require all in-person participants to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or have a negative test no more than 24 hours prior. Please bring a vaccination card or photo of your card to the class with you.
If new Covid restrictions go in place, we reserve the right to cancel the class or move entirely online. All participants will be offered a full refund if they chose to cancel in that circumstance.
All participants will get a reminder email two days prior to the class with pickup information, online class link, and in-person arrival instructions.
*All participants purchasing alcohol pairings must be 21+ with a valid ID.
