Join us as we host our annual benefit for Be Fido's Friend and honor the memory of Ben, a beloved BFF rescue who loved his sniffs at the door and daily walks by our cheese shop.
Our class will be a casual, fun, and informative guided tasting of different cheeses. You'll learn how cheese is made, where different flavors come from, what to pair with cheese and have a chance to ask all of your cheesy questions in a Q&A. We may even be tying the cheeses to some of our favorite sci-fi franchises...
$20 from the sale of each class will be donated to Fido's Friend in memory of Ben. To learn more about this great organization visit https://www.befidosfriend.org/
For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. You may select your preference after booking your tickets. Each ticket will receive a tasting kit of five different cheeses and a variety of accompaniments. Wine and charcuterie pairings are available for purchase at check out.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We are also unable to transfer class tickets to another date. If new Covid restrictions go in place, we reserve the right to cancel the class or move entirely online. All participants will be offered a full refund if they wish to cancel in that circumstance. All participants purchasing alcohol pairings must be 21+ with a valid ID.
