For Mother's Day and American Cheese Month, we are celebrating with a tasting highlighting some of the amazing women who make cheese here in the US. Many of your favorite American cheeses are made by some of the most talented ladies in the dairy world. From the Cowgirls of the West Coast to the Feete family of the Appalachians, we will be highlighting some of the women who gave us the best cheeses in our case. Bring your mom, sister, or anyone else who appreciates the best of American small-batch cheese.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. You may select your preference after booking your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
If new Covid restrictions go in place, we reserve the right to cancel the class or move entirely online. All participants will be offered a full refund if they wish to cancel in that circumstance.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID.
