We are kicking off the holiday season with a festive tasting of amaros, whiskey, & a few other selections from our after-dinner drinks cart. We will be talking about how they are made, how to best appreciate them, and of course how to pair them with cheese. You'll get great ideas for your holiday parties, after parties, and days when you wished you hadn't partied.
Each participant will receive 1 oz tastings of the spirit being discussed and a pairing kit with four cheeses picked for their pairing potential. Leave the kids with the elf on the shelf because this class is for those 21+ years old with valid id.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Virtual tickets have a $5 surcharge to cover the cost of small tasting bottles which you may keep after the class.
All participants will get a reminder email two days prior to the class with pickup information, online class link, and in-person arrival instructions.
