Charles de Gaulle famously wondered "How do you govern a country with 246 varieties of cheese?" Sorry Chuck, we don't have the answer to that one, but we do know about those cheeses. Join us as we taste through five different French and learn the stories and history that make each one special. From Normandy to the Alps, we'll be your guide on this cheese field trip.
This class is being offered in-person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket will receive a tasting kit of all cheeses and a variety of accompaniments. Alcohol and charcuterie pairings are available for purchase at checkout.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together.
All participants will get a reminder email two days prior to the class with pickup information and in-person arrival instructions. Online participants will be emailed a link to the webinar.
