We really love wine and cheese and if you ask our cheesemongers who the cutest couple is, we will all let you know it's sparkling wine and soft-ripened cheeses, aka bubbles & bries! In this guided tasting, we are pairing up 5 of our favorite sparklers with 5 of our creamiest cheeses. It's the perfect sequel to Valentines, Galentines, or just a random afternoon outing. If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
