May is American Cheese Month, so we will be featuring different styles of cheeses each week for the month of May to celebrate American cheesemakers!
This week we are celebrating little stinkers made in the US! We will be featuring five cheeses that are stinky, savory and delicious. If you're a fan of the funk, this class is for you! We'll tell you all about how and why these cheeses get their smell and taste a wide variety of styles with stink. Our expert cheesemongers will tell you about where and how these cheeses are made and answer all your cheese-y questions!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other. If you have a group of 10 or more, we also offer private classes. Email info@beautifulrind.com for more information.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
