World Farm Animal Day only comes around once a year, so why not celebrate with cheese!
If you've ever wanted to know more about cheese, this is the class for you. In this special version of our Intro to Cheese Class, you'll not only learn all about cheese, but also learn a bit about the wonderful ruminants that make it possible. We'll taste five different styles of cheese and learn how they are made, what to pair with them, a little bit of history, tips on cheese care, fun facts about dairy animals and still leave plenty of time to answer all of your cheese questions. This is a once a year version of our most popular class and a great way to start a new hobby or expand your cheese horizons.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
