Midwest Wines & Rinds: Benefit For IL Coalition for Immigrant & Refugee Rights
Midwest is about neighbors helping neighbors, and if we can eat and drink some good wine & cheese while we do it, all the better. Join us as we celebrate Midwest wines & rinds, and raise funds for the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant & Refugee Rights.
Like the cause, but not sure about Midwest wine? What if we told you our best selling wine of the summer was made right in Logan Square!? Try this wine plus four more Midwest-made wines paired up with five of favorite Midwest cheeses. We'll guide the tasting with information about the wines, the producers, and the reasons we paired them with the cheeses we did.
This class is also an opportunity to give back to our own community. We will be donating $20/ticket from the sales of this class to the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant & Refugee Rights. ICIRR is dedicated to promoting the rights of immigrants and refugees to full and equal participation in the civic, cultural, social, and political life of our diverse society.
