Love chocolate? Love cheese? Love Halloween?
We've got some of the most interesting flavor pairings around. We're pairing up some of our favorite chocolates from some of world's best producers with some of our favorite cheeses. For October, we are also putting a Halloween spin on things with a few special treats and some dark, mysterious chocolate bars for a treat while learing a few (pairing) tricks along the way.
In this interactive class we will learn by tasting 5 of the world's best cheeses and chocolate. We will discuss how these two great products are made and why they pair so wonderfully together.
IMPORTANT ALLERGY WARNING: While we do our best to limit any cross-contamination between nuts and our foods, most of the chocolates are made in facilities that also process nuts and peanuts. We do not recommend this class for people with allergies to nuts or peanuts, and unfortunately cannot safely accommodate this allergy for this class.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other.
