If you love Cheddar & want to see how diverse this one style of cheese can be, this is the class for you! There is nothing boring about this style of cheese & we can't wait to prove that through this guided tasting and class. We will be tasting 5 Cheddars from around the world & doing a deep-dive into the techniques that make these cheeses unique, what exactly a Cheddar is & why these cheeses are so particularly delicious!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other.
