CCP's Favorite Cheeses! 6 Cheeses Selected by our Certified Cheese Professionals
Beautiful Rind officially has 6 American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professionals on staff! This is something we are extremely proud of, and want to celebrate with you! Obtaining a CCP Certification takes thousands of hours, months of study & dedication and a passion for all things cheese.
Each of our CCPs (Randall, Kellie, Ryan, Ashley, Anna & Savannah) will pick what they think is the best cheese currently in our case. In this guided tasting, you will hear why we love these cheeses, some histories & fun facts and we'll tell you all about this insane exam just in case you want to become a CCP yourself one day!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in-person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
To ensure a great experience, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. Our table size is limited to 5 people. If you have more than five individuals, feel free to make separate reservations, but due to space you will not be seated at the same table., though with 48 hour advance notice, we can usually sit parties near each other. If you have a group of 10 or more, we also offer private classes. Email info@beautifulrind.com for more information.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
