Blakesville Rinds & Sparkling Wines: A Collaborative Tasting w/ Veronica Pedraza
In this guided tasting & class, we're pairing up 5 cheeses produced by Blakesville Creamery with 5 sparkling wines from around the world! We guarantee this is a class you don't want to miss.
If you've been to Beautiful Rind, there's a good chance you've tasted a cheese made by Blakesville Creamery. Whether it's their fresh chèvre, Shabby Shoe or St. Germain, we LOVE these cheeses. Located in Port Washington, Blakesville is just a short drive away in Wisconsin. Head cheesemaker, Veronica Pedraza will be joining this class to tell us all about her incredible cheeses, the goats & farmstead production, and of course we'll be talking rinds. Beautiful Rind's Head of Education, Anna, will be alongside her telling you all about the sparkling wine pairings and why they match so perfectly with Blakesville's cheeses.
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, all group reservations must be made under a single name or may not be seated together. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. All participants purchasing and consuming alcohol pairings must be 21+ with valid ID. If you have any questions, please email info@beautifulrind.com.
