We really love wine and cheese and if you ask our cheesemongers who we think the cutest couple is.... we will all let you know it's sparkling wine and soft-ripened cheeses, aka bubbles & bries. In this guided tasting, we are pairing up 5 of our favorite sparklers with 5 of our creamest cheeses. It's the perfect prequel to Valentines, Galentines, or just a random weeknight. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
