Orange County is one of the Meccas for craft beer. With certain Italian foods, beer is the perfect accompaniment. We have wanted to do a collaborative dinner with an elite brewer whose beers pair well with food.
Radiant Beer Co of Anaheim is the ideal choice for our first ever Bello Beer event. Radiant Director of Brewing, Andrew Bell, makes brilliantly well balanced beers in a range of styles. He is one of the leading brewers in Orange County.
We are thrilled to be able to introduce Radiant’s beers to our guests.
Chef Zach has collaborated with Radiant Brewer Andrew to create a 6 course menu that pairs Bello’s food with a range of beers from Radiant.
