You’ll have the opportunity to see where we are in the process of grape-growing and wine-making. In the vineyard you can taste the grapes, see the differences between the varieties we have planted, and learn about our sustainability practices. In the winery, enjoy tank or barrel samples and learn about the methods we use to minimize our carbon footprint in the making of our wine. Finally, enjoy a wine and food pairing. Your tour guide, Rose, will be happy to answer any questions.
