Fall is finally here and we're kicking off the season with a community harvest dinner on October 20th at 5:30pm for cocktails and dinner at 6pm for $99. The 4 course food and wine pairing features:
1st Course: Watercress Salad - Persimmon Puree, Toasted Hazelnuts, Smoked Goat Cheese paired with BF Rose' of Grenache
2nd Course: Porcini Bisque - Alumette Potatoes, Balsamic Glaze, Micro Chervil paired with BF Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course: Pan Roasted Duck Breast - Pomegranate Brine, Chili Spiced Lentils, Crispy Onion paired with BF Pinot Noir
4th Course: Cranberry Tart - White Chocolate Espuma, Walnut Butter, Granny Smith Apple Chips paired with BF Orange Wine
