Our restaurant rooted at Taywell Farm in the Kent countryside.
Set among orchards, fields and hedgerows, Birchwood draws inspiration from the land it stands on. Guided by a philosophy of self-sufficiency and seasonality, vegetables are grown using organic and regenerative methods and harvested from our farms and our trusted partners. What can’t be used fresh is fermented, cured or preserved at peak ripeness, forming the backbone of a larder that captures the rhythm of the farm.
