Blackpearl Omakase — Important Reservation Information Arrival & Seating: To preserve the rhythm and integrity of the omakase experience, all guests are served simultaneously. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes prior to the scheduled reservation time to allow for a relaxed check-in and seating process. Out of respect for the experience and other guests, late arrivals may not be able to receive all courses as intended. In some cases, seating may not be possible once the experience has begun. We sincerely appreciate your punctuality. Parking & Entrance Parking and the main entrance are located at the front of the building. Please follow the posted signage upon arrival. Our team looks forward to welcoming you. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies: Omakase, meaning “I leave it up to you,” is a seasonal tasting experience personally curated by our chefs and designed to be enjoyed in its entirety. Due to the nature of this experience and the carefully prepared ingredients, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, or ingredient omissions. Our menu may include, but is not limited to: Seafood, Shellfish, Beef, Pork, Dairy, Gluten, Cooked alcohol Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies may not be able to fully participate in the omakase experience. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the integrity of the chef’s menu. Reservation, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All omakase reservations are secured with a credit card hold. Reservations may be rescheduled with a minimum of 5 days’ notice, subject to availability, and must be used within 30 days of the original reservation date. For rescheduling assistance, please contact: contact@blackpearljax.com or call (904)-373-0200 Hotline hours: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time will incur the full omakase charge per guest. Reservations may also be transferred to another guest up to the day of the reservation.
