Join us along with Mark DeRespinis, owner and farmer of Esoterra Culinary Garden, whose thoughtfully grown produce and deep respect for the land inspire this dining experience. Guided by regenerative practices and a philosophy rooted in stewardship, Esoterra cultivates ingredients with exceptional flavor, vitality, and sense of place.
The Blackbelly chefs will build the menu around Esoterra’s harvest, allowing the farm’s ethics and seasonality to shape each dish. The evening begins with an immersive appetizer hour and discussion, followed by a multi-course tasting menu—an experience celebrating the connection between farmer, chef, and table.
