Every Friday from May through October, roll out your mat in the open air at Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard for Field & Flow — a one-hour yoga experience designed for all levels, right alongside our resident barn animals.
Practice surrounded by Ozzy and Elvis, our beloved mini donkeys, along with our goats and pigs Willa and Hazel, as you move through a gentle, grounding flow on the barn level of our 100-acre estate. No experience necessary — just show up, breathe, and let the animals do the rest.
When class wraps up, guests are invited into the paddock for some one-on-one time with the herd, followed by a glass of frozen rosé served under the shade of our iconic black walnut tree. The perfect Friday morning on the estate.
